The Mutiny API Connector allows organisations to integrate Mutiny seamlessly into their IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows, including Incident Management, Event Management and Configuration Management.
By connecting Mutiny directly to your ITSM platform, monitoring events and alerts can be transformed into actionable incidents, events or tasks — ensuring issues are routed quickly to the right resolver teams with full context.
Monitoring information, node details and historical data can be viewed directly within the ITSM interface, reducing the need to switch between systems and improving investigation and resolution times.
How it Works
The connector uses outbound API communication from Mutiny to your ITSM platform, following best-practice integration standards.
No inbound firewall rules or MID servers are required, making deployment simple, secure and low-impact.
Once installed, the connector is managed through Mutiny’s connector interface, with additional configuration options available within the ITSM platform to control behaviour, workflows and escalation logic.
