To renew your Mutiny support subscription online follow these steps;

1. Open your browser and navigate to https://www.mutiny.com at the top you will see a Login link;

2. If you have logged in previously, enter your credentials to access your customer portal.

You can also use the reset password feature to have a new password sent.

Type in your email address we used to send you your reminder and press "Submit" to have a new password and login link instantly emailed to you. Use the link for fast login.

3. Once you have logged in, press the My Renewals link.

4. You will now see a list of systems and their renewal info. Click on the system you wish to renew.

**Please note that you can only renew within 60 days of the expirey date.

You will now have the opertunity to increase the number of nodes and add additional discounted years to the subscription.

5. Complete your checkout or Save as a Quotation

If you are not quite ready to checkout or wish to have your basket sent to you as a Quotation; Press the Generate Quotation button and it will be emailed to you.

6. Choose your method of payment

7. If paying by purchase order, enter the purchase order number and proceed.

8. Finally submit the order

Your Invoice will be emailed back to you for processing. The licence will be sent automatically once the order has been processed/paid. (existing customers with a good payment history normally receive their licence the same day)
