The Published Dashboard module enables you to create and save any number of dashboards to support operational monitoring, investigation and long-term visibility.
Dashboards can be built from live and historical properties within your monitored nodes and may include graphs, dials, tables and maps. Widgets can be arranged using simple drag-and-drop controls to suit individual workflows, NOC displays or customer-facing views.
Dashboards integrate directly with Quick Reporting, allowing ad-hoc analysis to be turned into persistent dashboards with a single click. This makes it easy to move from investigation to continuous monitoring without recreating reports.
MSP & Customer-Facing Dashboards
The Dashboard module is well suited to Managed Service Providers and service-led deployments.
Dashboards can be created per customer, service or site, allowing MSPs to present clear, relevant monitoring views without exposing unnecessary internal detail. Shared dashboards can be used for customer reporting, service reviews or live operational visibility, while private dashboards remain available for internal NOC use.
