New Features and Enhancements

Tailscale Support

We are excited to announce official support for Tailscale in Mutiny. This integration enables seamless remote access and monitoring for customers using Tailscale’s secure network. Additionally, customers can choose to grant Mutiny support access, allowing us to assist with issues or complex troubleshooting remotely, ensuring faster resolution and smoother system performance.

IPAM Topology Map
The IPAM Topology Map has been enhanced with a new search functionality and the ability to filter by network. This update also adds the IPAM Connections Table, allowing for better visualisation and organisation of your IPAM data.

Automatic Parent Discovery
The "Discover Nodes" panel now features an automatic parent discovery option using IPAM switch connection data. This will make it easier to manage and visualise your network topology.

Updated Node Manager
The Node Manager has been updated to show switches using the new Topology data, ensuring more accurate and up-to-date information across your network.

New API Endpoints

  • Delete Discovered IPAM Connections: Added new API endpoints to delete discovered IPAM connections for greater flexibility and data management.

  • View API Endpoint for Connections: A new endpoint has been added to return all the connections related to the nodes in a given view.

  • IPAM Network Endpoints: Additional endpoints allow you to retrieve all IPAM networks or a single network, along with scan progress info.

Updated Agents

  • Barco Projector Agent: This agent has been updated to allow "maintenance required" warnings to be ignored, giving you more control over when to trigger alerts.

  • HPE/Aruba 3800 Switch Stack: We’ve added support for the HPE/Aruba 3800 switch stack, providing better compatibility for your network monitoring needs.
