We are tantalisingly close to releasing Mutiny Version 5, so I thought I'd drop you a note to highlight some of the new features that will be available in Version 5 and also to introduce the new Dashboard Module.

We have made a significant investment in time and resources to completely overhaul the Mutiny frontend and also some of the backend functionality to make what we feel is, our best Mutiny version yet.

The first thing you will notice is a much cleaner and fresher look, allowing for increased monitoring real estate, a change in the colour scheme and a completely new set of representative icons.

We have also included some up-to-date Web technologies to provide new graphing with Zoom Capability and new Grids for the Event and Alert logs, as well as a new gauge drawing tool for visualising current property values.

Document-Storage Module

Included in Version 5 will be a new document-management area that allows you to store the technical documents you use alongside Mutiny for easy reference.

Location Maps

We are now supporting location maps that will help you visualise your nodes and office locations from within the Mutiny frontend.

V5 Beta Available

If you would like to try out Version 5 ahead of its formal release, there is a beta version available on the Mutiny-User Forum.

New Dashboard Module

As well as the changes highlighted above, we have also developed a new Dashboard Module which is available as a paid for add-on to Mutiny Version 5. It allows users of Mutiny to create a number of customisable dashboards, each of which can contain a number of rows with each row holding a number of various types of Widget. This all combines to create a visually-useful tool to keep check on the behaviour of your network service in real time.

Therefore, we are making the Dashboard Module available for only £1,000 (+ VAT) for orders received in January 2013.
