Mutiny hardware is covered for one year on a return to base approach. Custom hardware is supported by the manufacturer's hardware replacement service - with Dell, IBM and Hewlett Packard - this is typically a next business day service.

Software Updates

Customers with a valid support contract are free to download updates and new versions of the system from our Customer Support Forum.
