Background

Mutiny is a unique product within the wide and complex market of network management.

It is a product designed by Network Administrators with the user in mind. Its role is to offer an uncomplicated solution to everyday problems and it does this by communicating effectively and unambiguously with the Administrator, in advance of network problems.

We believe that our competitor products are often too complicated for users to obtain the most benefit from them which, in our experience, can itself, cause problems. Too often, we have seen organisations invest in training and knowledge of a complex network management product, for the individuals to then leave the organisation.

Culturally, Mutiny is a team solution, as relevant to the Networking Team, as to those managing server infrastructures and applications.

Mutiny fits well with complex configurations found in FTSE100 organisations as well as with the smaller business where IT infrastructure may be less, but equally critical to business success.

Finally, we aim to talk to the user on a regular basis, to understand how their challenges have evolved since the original installation, and to ensure that Mutiny stays relevant and important.
