Trialing - Installing Mutiny on VMware

Stages for building

1. Configure new virtual appliance http://www.mutiny.com/VMsetup.php
2. Download and build with iso
3. Use the VMware console to change default IP address of the appliance
4. Browse to maintenance interface and upgrade to latest version
5. Browse to the main interface and perform a factory reset [admin]=>[system Operations]=>[Reset to Factory defaults]
6. Use the VMware console again to change default IP address
7. Browse to Mutiny using a web browser
8. Install temporary Licence see; http://www.mutiny.com/LicenceInfo.php
